Handling & Fabrication Notes

Store the sheet flat and supported, in a dry, well-ventilated space; allow it to stabilise in the environment before cutting/machining.
Standard MDF tooling applies — routing, drilling, edge finishing — but ensure edges, especially exposed ones, are sealed or edged to maintain moisture resistance and finish integrity.
Though MR rated, this product is designed for interior use only; avoid external exposure or unventilated damp zones.
The large format (2400 × 1200) helps reduce joins, but consider logistics and handling (sheet weight, support during transport/fabrication) for safe and accurate installation.
